Elias Kassirabo who has been taken to Police Headquarters as Deputy
Director Human Resource Administration.
SSP Latif Zaake who has been Administrator at ASTU is appointed Deputy Commandant ASTU.
SSP Madiri Ahmed who has been Chemusto’s Deputy takes over as RPC Mt. Moroto.
This comes after Inspector General of Police Abas Byakagaba made changes in Police this month.
Relatedly, the deputy UPDF 3rd, DIV Commander, COL. Wilberforce SSerunkuma was earlier this week promoted to Brigadier General.
